Schedule Conflict?

SoccerPlex understands there may be situations where a team needs to reschedule a game. We will give our best effort to accommodate schedule changes and requests. Our policy for schedule requests is:

$20 rescheduling fee with 48 hour notice -- SoccerPlex can not guarantee a make-up game. Asking for a reschedule may result in a loss of a game (forfeit) for the session.

No Show or less than 48 hour notice -- May be charged a $100 fine and possible league removal with no refund.

If your team is 100% sure they will be unable to attend a specific game please e-mail Jessica with-in 48 hours of the scheduled game.

Call our office at 503-297-4145 if notice is less than 48 hours so a staff member can work on a solution immediately.
