SoccerPlex Policy and Procedures for the
Kid’s Play, Kid’s Academy and SPX FootClub programs

Payment

Payment in the full amount is due by the first class. 
Player ID Cards
All players are required to have a Player ID Card. Youth cards are $10 and renew annually. Player ID Cards offer discounts to several local business'. See our SoccerPlex specials to view current sponsors.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Credit can be issued for a future class within a year of enrollment.

Siblings

Sibling discounts are $5.00 off the session price for the sibling.

Coupons

Drop in coupons and other offers can only be used once per child.

Absences

If at any time your child misses a class they may attend another like class offered throughout the week during the same session.

Discipline

If a situation requires it the instructor may remove a child from a game for cooling off period and from the class if a situation continues to escalate and become a hazard to the other participants.

Instructor discretion

At times the instructor may, after counseling with parents, move a child to a different class due to differences in physical development, mental comprehension, or skill. This is to ensure that all players have an environment that they can have fun and nurture their development.
Schedule
Classes may be created with the minimum amount of participants being four children. Additionally SoccerPlex reserves the right to alter the schedule or close classes for any number of factors including low enrollent and holidays.
